multi-storey, automated car park, the first
of its kind in the Middle East, opens today
(12 August 2009). Located next to Ibn Battuta
Mall on the Sheikh Zayed highway, the park is
capable of handling 765 vehicles. Andrew Chambers,
Managing Director, Asteco commented, 'This robotic
car park will be especially convenient for the
office tenants, parking or retrieval can be
completed in less than 160 seconds.' MAG Group,
one of the leading trade companies in the UAE,
has launched the park in the region. Ibn Battuta
Gate Compound is considered one of the most
prominent modern multi-use real estate projects
that are developed by Seven Tides Group in Dubai.
