The automated parking garage for the Hollywood Grande project was completely designed and incorporated into the developer's plans for a condominium hotel adjacent to the beaches on the east coast of Florida. The machinery was built and building permits obtained. Unfortunately, the real estate crash and economic downturn in 2008 and 2009 brought this project to a stop.
